A great recipe for a great tasting healthy salad dressing!
1/2 ripe avocado
3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
3 tbs. fresh lemon juice
3 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
3tbs. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. *Yeild 8 servings PEr serving (2tbs): 30 calories, 3g carbohydrates, 1g protein, 2g fat (0g saturated), 1g fiber, omg cholesterol, 100mg sodium
